Stuffed cabbage rolls are everyone's favorite dish. You can cook them both on the stove and in the oven. In the oven, cabbage rolls turn out no worse, and maybe even tastier. Give it a try. Ingredients for 5 pcs:

  • cabbage leaves 5 pcs,
  • any minced meat with twisted onion 250 g,
  • semi-cooked rice 2-3 tbsp,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 3 tbsp milk,
  • greenery.

For the sauce:

  • sour cream 3 tbsp,
  • milk 3 tbsp,
  • broth or water 100 ml,
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp,
  • flour 1 tsp,
  • salt and pepper.

Mix the minced meat with rice, milk, salt and pepper. Boil the leaves until half cooked. Stuff with minced meat. Wrap the cabbage rolls. Place them in a fireproof form. For the sauce, mix milk, sour cream, tomato paste, flour and broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour our darlings. Cover the form with foil. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. Set the temperature so that the sauce does not boil too much, approximately 180-200*. Sprinkle the finished cabbage rolls generously with herbs and invite your loved ones to the table.

5. Meatballs in tomato sauce

To prepare meatballs in tomato sauce you will need: For meatballs: - 300 g of minced meat twisted with onions;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • some greenery;
  • salt and pepper
  • taste.

For the sauce:

  • 500 g of tomatoes with their own juice;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 1 tsp. sweet ground paprika;
  • 0.5 tsp. khmeli-suneli;
  • 0.5 tsp. ground ginger;
  • ground red pepper
  • taste;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara.

Mix the minced meat with chopped garlic and herbs, add salt and pepper. With wet hands, form small balls - meatballs. Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes. For the sauce, lightly fry the chopped onion in a frying pan, add the chopped pepper into strips, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes to the pan along with tomato juice. Add all spices, salt and sugar. Mix. Place meatballs in boiling tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish. I have spaghetti. Decorate meatballs in tomato sauce with herbs.

6. Children's pasta casserole with meatballs

To prepare 2 servings we will need: - pasta already boiled (but not completely) 250 g,

  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 ml milk,
  • salt,
  • hard cheese 40 g,
  • 2 large meatballs or meatballs (or 4 small ones).

Beat milk with eggs and salt with a fork. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with pasta. Now pour the milk mixture over everything and stir. Boil the meatballs (I had ready-made frozen ones) and place in a baking dish of a suitable size. Place pasta on top. Bake at 180*-200* for about 25 minutes. Cool the finished casserole slightly, remove from the pan and cut into portions.

7. Casserole with meat and vegetables

To prepare we will need:

  • minced meat - 250 g;
  • Chinese cabbage - 100 g;
  • zucchini - 200 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • tomato - 1 piece;
  • garlic - to taste;
  • cheese - 70 g;
  • raw egg - 1 pc;
  • milk - 120 ml;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry. Add minced meat. Fry until the liquid evaporates, stirring. Salt, pepper, add chopped garlic. Cut the zucchini into rings/half rings and fry on both sides. Chop the cabbage and mash with a little salt. Place in the mold as the bottom layer. Place minced meat on cabbage. Next, add salt to the zucchini. Top with tomato cut into slices. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Fill the layers. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle top of casserole. Bake for 20 minutes covered and 15 minutes without a cover at 200*. When serving, you can decorate the casserole with herbs.

8. Cutlets in tomato sauce with potatoes

  • Minced meat 400g
  • onion 1 piece
  • sour cream 1 tbsp
  • milk 2-3 tbsp
  • salt, ground pepper
  • Flour for breading.
  • onion 1 piece,
  • 1 carrot,
  • tomato paste 2-3 tbsp,
  • flour 1 tbsp,
  • garlic 3-4 teeth,
  • water 300-400ml,
  • salt,
  • sugar,
  • pepper to taste.
  • Greenery.

Mix the minced meat, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, add sour cream and milk, mix well. Form cutlets, roll in flour, fry until golden brown. For the sauce, fry the onions and carrots, add flour, stir, add tomato paste, mix thoroughly again, fry a little, pour in boiling water, stir so that there are no lumps, salt, sugar, pepper to taste, simmer for a couple of minutes, add finely chopped garlic. Pour over the cutlets. simmer until done. At the end, sprinkle with herbs. Can be served with potatoes.

9. Schnellklops - minced meat recipe

There are a lot of minced meat dishes. This is a fairly convenient product and it is not difficult to cook from it. But even from the usual minced meat, if you take it as a basis, you can prepare an unusual dish. I suggest you try “schnellklops” - a dish of German cuisine. Prepares simply quickly. To prepare “schnellklops” from minced meat you will need:

  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp;
  • salt, black pepper, ground coriander
  • taste;
  • garlic - 3 cloves (you don’t have to add it at all);
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp;
  • potatoes - to taste;
  • potato decoction - 300 ml;
  • greenery.

Boil the potatoes, pour 300 ml of liquid from them. Cut the onion into cubes and fry until golden brown. Add the minced meat and, stirring constantly, fry until done. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with a little coriander, add chopped garlic. Mix. Sprinkle with flour and stir. Pour in the potato broth and add sour cream. Stir. Bring to a boil and turn off. Sprinkle with herbs. Place potatoes on a plate and top with meat gravy. A tasty and simple dish is ready.
