  • Minced meat – 400 gr.
  • Butter – 60 gr.
  • Mushrooms, any – 150 gr.
  • Onion, tomato – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 2 glasses.
  • Flour - three to four tbsp. spoons.
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. spoon.
  • Provençal herbs or other spices.

Step-by-step recipe for pasta in the oven:

  1. The pasta will cook quickly, so make the filling first. Chop the onion, mushrooms (usually champignons, they are the most accessible) and tomatoes. It is advisable to cut it smaller. Ideally, the tomatoes should be peeled.
  2. First fry the onion in a small amount of heated oil, then add the mushrooms, minced meat and lastly the tomato.
  3. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes and then simmer, covered, until fully cooked. At the end of cooking, add salt and herbs de Provence.
  4. While the minced meat is preparing, cook the pasta, if required, until half cooked. Cool slightly and fill with filling.
  5. Before adding the pasta, first grease the pan with oil and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Arrange the cannelloni and pour the sauce on top. The baking time for pasta in the oven is twenty minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  6. You can make bechamel sauce in advance, or quickly prepare it while the minced meat is stewing. Recipe for pasta stuffed with chicken in cream

I really love this recipe, although it is quite troublesome. Sometimes, if desired, I add mushrooms, but then I remove the curd cheese - this is another option for stuffing pasta.

Take:

  • Pasta – 250 gr.
  • Chicken fillet – 400 gr.
  • Butter – 40 gr.
  • Olive oil – 15 gr.
  • Cream, heavy - 2 cups.
  • Hard cheese– 50 gr.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Cream cheese – 300 gr.
  • Curd cheese – 100 gr.
  • Nutmeg, oregano, basil, salt - a pinch each.

For the marinade:

  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
  • Wine or table vinegar - 100 ml.
  • Olive oil – ½ cup.

How to cook pasta:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and marinate for half an hour to an hour. The marinade is simple to make: mix all the ingredients – vinegar, oil and garlic. Cook the pasta, grate the cheese.
  2. Fry the marinated chicken in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Make the sauce: melt the butter in a separate bowl, pour in the cream and spices and let it boil. Throw the cheese into the sauce and wait for it to melt (over low heat). Set aside.
  4. Also, separately, mix the curd cheese, spices and egg, and then add the fried chicken pieces there - this will be the filling for the pasta.
  5. Stuff the pasta with the filling and place on a baking sheet, greasing it with oil. Pour in the creamy sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

We say in Russian - shells, and in Italy they are conciglioni, and stuffing them can be very tasty, I especially like it when it is done with minced meat and cheese.

Take:

  • Shells – 250 gr.
  • Minced meat, any – 500 gr.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Any hard cheese – 250 gr.
  • Tomato – 500 gr.
  • Butter – 30 gr.
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil, pepper.

How to cook shells with minced meat:

  1. If you make minced meat yourself, then turn the onion with it at the same time; if not, then chop it. Salt the minced meat, add pepper, a couple of tablespoons of water and stir well.
  2. Set the shells to boil. Cook them for about three minutes, no more, so that they do not overcook. Be sure to rinse immediately cold water so that they don't stick together.
  3. Fry the minced meat in hot oil for 15 minutes along with the onion and let cool.
  4. While the minced meat is fried and the pasta is cooked, scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into circles. Grate ¼ of the total amount of cheese, and cut the rest into slices.
  5. Stuff the shells with minced meat and place on a baking sheet, greasing it a little with oil. And on top, first cover with slices of cheese, then with tomato slices, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. The final touch remains - sprinkle with melted butter or arrange its pieces and it’s time to put it in the oven.
  7. Bake pasta at 200 o C for half an hour.

Shells stuffed with cheese in the oven

This is a purely Italian version of preparing stuffed pasta - adding cheese to any dish makes it incredibly tender and piquant. Try making shells by stuffing them with three types of cheese and herbs. You won’t get three - take two or even one, just add the number of grams. The recipe can be adapted to our realities by using hard cheese instead of ricotta and parmesan, but you will have to buy mozzarella.

Take:

  • Shells – 150 gr.
  • Mozzarella – 200 gr.
  • Ricotta cheese – 400 gr.
  • Parmesan – 150 gr.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato – 100 gr.
  • Little butter, pepper, parsley.

Preparing stuffed shells:

  1. Boil the shells until half cooked. The Italians call this condition “al dente” - the shells are already, in principle, ready, but still a little hard.
  2. Grate the cheese, mix and beat the eggs into the mixture. Season with pepper and salt, add parsley to the cheese mixture, cutting it as finely as possible (set aside a small handful for the sauce).
  3. Prepare the sauce: dilute the tomato with water until it has the consistency of sour cream, add the remaining parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the shells with the cheese mixture, just be sure to leave a small portion of it.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish, grease it with oil and pour a little tomato sauce on the bottom.
  6. Place the remaining cheese filling on top and pour the sauce over it. Bake at 180 o C for about half an hour.

Stuffed pasta tubes with minced meat and sour cream

In Italy they are cannellone, but in our country they are just tubes - large pasta that is stuffed with minced meat and then baked in the oven. By the way, you can make other fillings; below I will introduce you to the recipes.

Take:

  • Tubes – 12 pcs.
  • Minced meat – 200 gr.
  • Hard cheese, coarsely grated – 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Sweet pepper and onion - 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 2 large spoons.
  • Cumin, oregano - a pinch.
  • Cilantro - several sprigs.
  • Sour cream – 100 ml.

  • Mushrooms – champignons – 250 gr.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 120 gr.
  • Oil – 15 gr.
  • Dill, salt and pepper.

Step-by-step preparation of mushroom rolls:

  1. Chop the onion, chop the mushrooms and dill, grate the cheese. Weld the tubes.
  2. In half the oil, fry the mushrooms and onions (start with the onions). When the mushrooms are almost cooked, add salt, dill and pepper.

For stuffed shells, take the following products: 400 g of shells and minced meat, a couple of onions, 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little butter, 200 ml of cream, 125 g of cheese and salt.

Preparation steps:

A tasty and very attractive-looking dish, in appearance, however, it looks like nests in which there are not eggs, but a filling. This dish can no longer be called banal pasta. The prepared ingredients are enough for about 5-6 servings.

For this recipe for pasta stuffed with minced meat in the oven, you need to take the following set of products: 0.5 kg of “nests”, 425 g of minced meat, water, salt, pepper, onion, herbs, 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream and ketchup, 3 cloves of garlic and 200 g of hard cheese.

Cooking plan:


  • take a deep baking sheet or mold and place the “nests” in it, and they should lie tightly to each other. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes and add it to the meat, and also add salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic;

How to cook pasta with vegetables stuffed with minced meat in the oven?

To add flavor and juiciness to the dish, you can use vegetables, in this case– these are peppers and tomatoes. To add spice, we suggest using chili, but you can do without it.

To prepare stuffed pasta shells with minced meat in the oven, prepare the following set of products: 0.5 kg shells, 400 g minced meat, egg, steamed bell peppers and 155 g of ripe tomatoes, chili, garlic, herbs and salt.

Cooking process:

  • Add salt, pepper and egg to the meat, and then mix everything well. Fill the prepared pasta shells and leave them aside for now;
  • To prepare the vegetable mixture, you need to clear the peppers from seeds and membranes, and this applies to both Bulgarian and chili. It is worth removing the skin from the tomatoes by putting them in boiling water for a couple of seconds. Cut everything into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Send garlic and herbs there. Grind everything thoroughly, adding a little water to get a consistency like kefir;
  • Take a baking sheet with sides or a mold, and then grease it with vegetable oil. Place the stuffed shells, open side up, and top with the vegetable mixture. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. You can add a little water. Set the temperature to medium and bake in the oven for half an hour. If you want, you can do it in 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top before cooking.

Stuffed pasta with minced meat and mushrooms

We suggest considering an option designed for a multicooker. Many housewives, having such equipment at home, prefer to do everything with it, since the process is simplified.

To prepare this dish, take: 325 g minced chicken, onion, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of semolina, 0.5 teaspoons of hops-suneli, a pack of cannelloni, salt. To make the sauce, prepare: onion, carrot, 0.5 liters of cream, 3 tbsp. spoons of butter, salt and pepper.

Preparation

1. In fact, this dish is prepared with two sauces - bolognese and bechamel. The first is used for filling, and the second is used to obtain a golden brown crust while baking pasta tubes.

First, prepare the cannelloni filler. Onion peel and finely chop.

2. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.

3. Add minced meat. You can use “pure” (pork, beef, chicken) or combined. I had pork and beef. To prevent the filling from being too dry, use minced meat with a medium fat content. Stir and fry the minced meat with onions until cooked, stirring occasionally and breaking up any lumps of meat with a spatula.

4. Remove the skin from the tomatoes. To do this, boil water and put the tomatoes in it, after making a cross-shaped cut on each of them, as shown in the photo. After 3-4 minutes, remove the tomatoes and peel them, allowing them to cool slightly so as not to burn yourself.

By the way, cannelloni with mushrooms are also very tasty, be sure to try it.

5. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes or pass through a meat grinder.

6. Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife.

7. Add tomatoes to the frying pan, stir, simmer the filling for pasta tubes for 5-7 minutes. Then add chopped garlic, pepper, salt and tomato paste. Tomato paste is an optional ingredient. If your tomatoes have given enough juice and color, it is not necessary to add it. Stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.

8. As soon as the sauce boils, you can turn off the heat under it.

9. Prepare bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a frying pan or saucepan.

10. Add flour, stirring constantly, heat the mixture for 1-2 minutes.

11. Pour in a third of the milk in a thin stream. Stir the sauce constantly with a spatula to prevent lumps from forming.

12. Pour in the remaining milk and add salt and ground nutmeg, stir and cook until thick.

13. Stuff the pasta tubes with minced meat. Some cannelloni require pre-cooking, others do not, so be sure to check the packaging to see what the manufacturer says about this.

14. Grate hard cheese (I used Parmesan) on a coarse or medium grater. Stuffed pasta- Place the tubes in a baking dish, coating each layer with bechamel sauce and sprinkling with Parmesan cheese. How to cook stuffed pasta

We make minced meat from meat. You can use ready-made minced meat.

Peel and wash onions, garlic and carrots.

Cut the onion into small cubes, finely chop the garlic. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable (preferably olive) oil and sauté the vegetables, stirring constantly, until the onion becomes translucent. Let the vegetables cool slightly.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. You can use Parmesan cheese, or you can go the budget route and take a semi-hard cheese like Russian or Dutch. This time I have two types of cheese. I grated Russian for the filling, and for the cheese cap I grated Parmesan.

Finely chop the parsley.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, 2/3 of the grated cheese, sautéed vegetables, and parsley. Add salt and ground black pepper, Italian herbs seasoning. Salt (considering the saltiness of the cheese).

Add half a glass to the minced meat cold water from the tap, mix well. We fill the tubes with prepared minced meat. Sometimes, before stuffing pasta tubes with minced meat, they are boiled. But I find it easier and faster to fill dry cannelloni with the filling. Carefully index finger push the filling through one side first, and when the tube is half full, push it through the other side.

Here we have such large pasta stuffed with minced meat. Place them on a small baking sheet. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 220 degrees.

Since we are preparing pasta stuffed with minced meat in the oven with cream, we need to prepare the cream. Bring them to a boil on the stove, add a little salt.

Pour hot cream over the prepared cannelloni pasta stuffed with minced meat. The pasta should be almost completely covered. If this is not the case, you can add a little boiling water. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven on the middle rack.

My pasta is not classic cannelloni, but a derivative of it, and other hollow pasta, if desired.

First of all, put a pan of water on the fire, add salt to it and let the water boil, we will lightly boil the pasta. I find it easier to stuff soft pasta.

In the meantime, prepare the minced meat. To do this, heat 10 g of butter in a frying pan and fry finely grated carrots and finely chopped onions for 5 minutes, stirring. Then add minced meat, salt and ground black pepper.

Fry the filling for another 10-15 minutes until the minced meat turns gray and the liquid released by the minced meat has evaporated.

IMPORTANT: During the process of frying the filling, you need to break up any lumps of minced meat with a fork so that the minced meat is homogeneous. Sometimes I puree the prepared minced meat in a blender until completely homogeneous. It’s better for them to stuff pasta this way; it holds its shape better.

Throw our pasta into boiling water. Cook them for half the time indicated on the package. I cooked for 5 minutes. Then we throw the pasta into a colander and rinse with cold water, this is necessary so that the pasta does not stick together and cools faster. As soon as the pasta becomes warm and you can pick it up, carefully stuff the pasta with minced meat, do not stuff the tubes too tightly.

I will be preparing the stuffed pasta in portions, so I place it in portioned refractory pans.

This is what I ended up with. You can place the stuffed pasta in a large baking dish, it doesn't matter.

All we have to do is prepare the sauce in which we will bake our stuffed pasta.

Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and add flour; using a spoon, mix the flour and butter well to form a paste. Pour the cream into the pan and stir the sauce well with a spatula until smooth. You can use a whisk for this.

Add salt to taste and grate a little nutmeg. Let the sauce thicken, this will happen in literally 2-3 minutes, be sure to stir the sauce all this time. Remove the sauce from the heat.

Pour the resulting Bechamel sauce over our pasta. Place the pasta pan in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Pasta stuffed with minced meat is ready!!!

You can serve it to the table right away in hot molds, or you can place the pasta stuffed with minced meat on portioned plates.
